This place is absolutely beautiful with stunning views and a perfect location. It has such a cozy, welcoming feel and was exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend to rest and reset. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully prepared. Highly recommend — we’d love to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Appreciated the cleanliness and furnishings of Meghan’s place- well done and well kept. Loved the walkable location - lots of great restaurants to enjoy. And the front porch is a perfect way to enjoy the neighborhood.

My group & I stayed at Meghan’s AirBnB for a Chattanooga wedding and climbing adventures. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect AirBnB for our trip! Having 3 bathrooms as well as a garage & balcony was very convenient. The beds were extremely cozy, including blackout curtains. Kitchen was well stocked. Pristine upon arrival, great communication, and the location is unmatched. The perfect proximity to all things Chattanooga. Thanks for hosting our stay, Meghan!

We had 8 adults and 3 small children and the 2 levels served us very well. The beds were comfortable & everything we needed was supplied. The kitchens and bathrooms were clean. We walked to great restaurants and a playground. We had plenty of parking spots. One of the bedrooms is a walk through to the upstairs. Not ideal but not a problem. Owners were very responsive and clearly have great attention to detail.

we had such an amazing stay here and highly recommend to anyone! meghan was a great host, very responsive to any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. the condo is beautiful- clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, & has everything you need (including items for pets/kids). the location is convenient and you get a reserved parking spot below as well. we would love to stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We spent the weekend here for our son's wedding in the area. The accommodations were perfect for our family. the downstairs area with the pool table and small theater setting was enjoyed by all. I was the perfect place to stay and celebrate our joyous occasion. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

The home was lovely. Everything you need for your stay and more. Rebecca was kind and quick to respond. The home was close to everything you need. We enjoyed the sunroom everyday! The area was very nice and quiet. We will definitely book this home the next time we come to Athens to visit! Thank you for sharing your home!

This a beautiful home on Lookout Mountain with spectacular views over the valley below. The owners have done a wonderful job with the decor, amenities, provisions and equipment that truly makes it feel like a home away from home from the first moment. It helps that there are labels on drawers, cabinets and light switches which help you find all you need easily. After a day of touring the area, it is such a pleasure to relax on the deck and to take in the views and beautiful sunsets (if you are lucky, like the pictures in the upstairs hallway) or if you choose to dine there al fresco. "Scenic Sanctuary" was a very hard place to leave, but we look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Lookout Mountain and Chattanooga.
