* Up to 2 dogs are allowed. NO cats allowed. * NO dog with a known history of biting, aggression, or causing injury * A signed guest waiver is REQUIRED. By booking, guests acknowledge this requirement. * For stays longer than 28 days, guests will be required to sign an additional rental agreement and submit a security deposit in accordance with local regulations and property policies.

******Please be sure to browse the photos for a clear layout of the property. The owners’ home is located directly behind the guest house, with a shared backyard, pond, and a walkway that connects the two back entrances. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor space, and you may see the owners and their pets occasionally during your stay.***** **We require that the guest completing the booking complete an "Identity Verification" through Airbnb before being able to book. **Prior to check-in, guests must review and electronically sign ChattaStays’ Guest Liability Waiver (stays of 28 nights or less) or Extended Stay Guest Occupancy Agreement (stays of 29+ nights). Check-in instructions will not be released until signed. ** We do not allow last minute cancellations, even due to weather. Guest Access
This is a private guest house located on the same property as the owners’ main residence (Please see photos) . The backyard and pond area are shared spaces, and guests are welcome to enjoy them during their stay. The owners do have a dog and an outdoor cat, so you may see them, as well as the owners, around the property from time to time. There is a separate fenced-in area for the owner's pets and a separate area for guest pets. Parking is available in a designated area on the side of the house. Please note that this parking area is shared with the homeowners and the neighboring restaurant, which you’ll definitely want to check out during your stay!
